Investment Criteria

For Alternative Investments
We are seeking the following characteristics:

Strong Management
We evaluate the experience, commitment and ability of the management team to ensure they are the right team with which to partner.

Co-investment
We like to work with co-investors to mitigate risk and create a greater access to capital. We will exchange information on prospective investments that will be mutually beneficial to both parties.

Proven Offering
We seek out investment opportunities that offer a proven track record, a product or service with a clear recognizable value proposition or point of differentiation. The reality or potential of double digit returns in tandem with identifiable risks and acceptable volatility are a key element to our assessment of the opportunity.

Liquidity
We enter into these partnerships with an exit strategy of 4 -10 years in place.

Geography
International domiciled. Our ideal investment opportunity will ultimately be part of a globally diversified portfolio.

We are currently seeking opportunities either directly or Limited Partner relationships in funds with strong fundamentals based on the following criteria:

                   • Experienced Management Team
                   • A demonstrated prior track record
                   • An expected net IRR of approximately 15%
                   • Low volatility, defensive industries
                   • Leveraged buyouts
                   • Consolidations
